Tobaski Snipes
Tobaski, a father of two and retired Army helicopter pilot, is passionate about community improvement. A Tri-Cities implant since 2016, originally from North Carolina, now enthusiastically calls Kennewick home. Has a philosophy that if everyone becomes the best version of themselves, that will lead to better homes, better communities, better cities, better states and ultimately a better country.
A successful businessman, coach and inspirational speaker that gives lots of time serving the community, Tobaski is a SARC (Support Advocacy and Resource Center) board member, a mentor with the Juvenile Justice Center, and also volunteers many hours for other organizations.

Lynn Carlson
Lynn Carlson is the founder and CEO of Gemini Corps, LLC; helping organizations become more effective by guiding them through change and organizational learning. She is a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP®) and Organizational Development practitioner with a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology. She has 23 years’ corporate experience as an operation’s executive and Agile PMP with a proven track record implementing inclusive leadership, diverse team recruiting and retention, culture of belonging, and equitable policies and practices. Lynn is passionate about helping marginalized youth and adults access the opportunities they need to thrive. She is proud to support community-centered organizations like ANSIL that create transformative change in the lives of those they serve.

Crystal Willingham
Board Member since 2018, Crystal's primary responsibilities are website management and digital media. Crystal is a Holistic Wellness and Business Coach. Crystal has a Masters of Science Degree in Internet Marketing, she is a certified Reiki Master, Life Coach and Human Design Master Teacher Specialist. Her business, Crystal Clarity Wellness is focused on helping entrepreneurs thrive in body, mind, spirit, finances and environment.
